Nasi Tim

Bahan :

AYAM :
▪4 bh paha ayam buang tulangnya
▪200 gr jamur merang
▪3 siung bwg putih
▪2 sdm oyster sauce
▪2 cm jahe keprak
▪1 sdt tepung sagu
▪air secukupnya
▪kecap ikan - garam - gula - kecap manis secukupnya

NASI :
▪700 gr beras cuci bersih
▪2 siung bwg putih
▪air kaldu secukupnya

KALDU :
▪tulang2 bekas paha ayam
▪2 siung bwg putih
▪air

Cara membuat :

AYAM :
■tumis bawang putih sampai harum masukkan jahe
■masukkan ayam kemudian masukkan juga jamur
■tambahkan saus tiram - kecap manis - kecap ikan dan air secukupnya (nyemek2)
■setelah matang beri campuran tepung sagu dan air, campur ke-masakan hingga kaku
■sisihkan

KALDU :
■rebus sisa2 tulang ayam dengan api kecil
■tambahkan bawang putih keprek dan jahe

NASI :
■tumis bawang putih
■masukkan beras aduk2 hinga tercampur tambahkan kaldu
■kemudian masukkan nasi tadi ke rice cooker, masak.
■setelah bunyi klik langsung diangkat nasinya dan aduk2 nasi hingga tercampur rata

NASI TIM:
■siapkan mangkuk2 untuk mengetim, isi mangkuk dengan ayam kemudian taruh nasi diatasnya padatkan, siram dengan air kaldu
■setelah itu kukus hingga matang benar

Thai Tom Yum Soup

This typically Thai soup is a blend of lemon grass, lime and fish sauce. It may contain pieces of shellfish, pork, beef or chicken. Oriental fish sauce - or nam pla - imparts a characteristic flavour. It is made by layering fresh anchovies and salt in wooden barrels and leaving them to ferment. Fish sauce and lime leaves are obtainable from oriental stores.
