Pecel

Bahan

- 50 g tauge
- 100 g kangkung, potong2
- 50 g kol, iris2
- 50 g kacang panjang



Bumbu kacang

- 250 g kacang tanah, goreng
- 3 siung bawang putih, goreng sebentar
- 2 lembar daun jeruk purut
- sepotong kencur
- 3 sdm air asam
- 2 cabe merah
- 2 sdm gula merah
- 1 1/2 sdt garam
- 5 buah cabe rawit kecil


Cara membuat

1. Ulek kacang tanah yang telah di goreng bersama bawang putih, daun jeruk, kencur, cabe rawit dan cabe.
2. Setelah halus masukkan air asam, gula dan garam. Aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan air panas kedalam bumbu pecel.
4. Sajikan. Taburi dengan bawang goreng.
