Cah Ayam Jamur / Cah Chicken Mushroom

Material: 


* 300 gr chicken filet, cut into 2x2 cm

* 2 cloves garlic, crushed

* 1 / 2 pieces onions, cut into 1.5x1.5 cm

* 2 cm ginger, chopped

* 100 g mushroom, cut into pieces

* 1 / 2 red bell pepper, cut into long, somewhat broad

* 1 / 2 green bell pepper cut a little wide

* 100 g broccoli chopped

* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

* 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* 1 / 2 tsp sugar

* 1 tbsp sesame oil

* 1 tablespoon angciu

* 300 ml water

* + 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons water to thicken

* 2 tablespoons margarine for sauteing

How to Make:


1. Saute garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant. Add the chicken. Stir until the color changes.

2. Add the mushroom and paprika. Stir until wilted.

3. Enter the broccoli. stir until the color changes.

4. Season oyster sauce, pepper powder, salt and sugar and stir well.

5. Pour the water. Cook until cooked. Enter the sesame oil and angciu. Mix well.

6. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook until bubbling.

Bahan :


* 300 gr filet ayam, potong kotak 2x2 cm

* 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan

* 1/2 buah bawang bombay, potong kotak 1.5x1.5 cm

* 2 cm jahe, cincang

* 100 gr jamur merang, potong-potong

* 1/2 buah paprika merah, potong panjang agak lebar

* 1/2 buah paprika hijau potong agak lebar

* 100 gr brokoli yang sudah dipotong-potong

* 1 sdm saus tiram

* 1/2 sdt merica bubuk

* 1/2 sdt garam

* 1/2 sdt gula pasir

* 1 sdm minyak wijen

* 1 sdm angciu

* 300 ml air

* 2 sdt maizena + 2 sdt air untuk mengentalkan

* 2 sdm margarin untuk menumis




Cara Membuat :


  1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan jahe sampai harum. Masukkan ayam. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
  2. Tambahkan jamur merang dan paprika. Aduk sampai layu.
  3. Masukkan brokoli. aduk sampai berubah warna.
  4. Bubuhi saus tiram, merica bubuk, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata.
  5. Tuangkan air. Masak sampai matang. Masukkan minyak wijen dan angciu. Aduk rata.
  6. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Masak sampai meletup-letup.
