FU YUNG HAI

Bahan Dadar :

100 gram daging kepiting

100 gram rebung, iris bentuk korek api

2 batang daun bawang, iris halus

1 siung bawang putih, memarkan

3 butir telur, kocok

1/2 sendok teh garam

1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk

1 sendok makan mentega/margarin

5 sendok makan minyak

Bahan Saus :

1 siung bawang putih, memarkan

50 cc air

5 sendok makan saus tomat

1 sendok teh tepung maizena

50 gram kacang polong

1/2 sendok teh cuka

1 sendok teh gula pasir

1 sendok teh garam

1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk

1 sendok makan mentega/margarin

Untuk Bumbu :

Kacang tanah goreng

Cabe

Garam

Gula

Bawang Merah & Bawang Putih

Kemiri / peanut butter

Saos sambel


Cara membuat :

Dadar: panaskan margarin, lalu masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga kuning

Masukkan daging kepiting, rebung, daun bawang, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata, angkat, dinginkan, lalu masukkan telur, aduk rata, bagi menjadi 2 bagian

Panaskan minyak, lalu masukkan 1 bagian dadaran, masak hingga matang kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan, ulangi sekali lagi, sisihkan

Saus: panaskan margarin, lalu masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga kuning

Masukkan air dan saus tomat, aduk rata, didihkan, lalu masukkan tepung maizena yang telah dicairkan dengan sedikit air, aduk rata, didihkan

Masukkan kacang polong, garam, gula, merica bubuk, dan cuka, aduk rata, masak hingga saus mengental, angkat
